Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your doll to be completely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 90-day window for returns and exchanges on all items purchased directly from American Girl. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your item in its original condition for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, then print it out and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and ensure the box is taped shut to protect your dolls and outfits during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you via email as soon as your refund has been processed.
